At the pruning workshop you will learn the importance of the actions that take place at the vineyard to guarantee the quality of the wines, because what the viticulturist decides relative to the vineyard affects the wine bottle at the end. After, a wine tasting of the years’ wines and calçotada with IGP Valls calçots roasted over vine shoots of the farm (typical Catalan dish of roasted green onions with romesco sauce).
