You will learn all you need to know to identify the aromas of the white varieties of El Penedès, used in the making of non-sparkling wine and cava. What is the vine shoot, the bunch or the tendril? What shape does the vine shoot have depending on the variety of grape? How do we know the optimal degree of ripening to make the best cava or the best wine? If you know what happens at the vineyards, you will better appreciate the good wines.
